Finding Chocolarder at Tattle Coffee House London 🇬🇧

When we travel we walk A LOT.  It’s good for us, right?

One very cold and rainy evening on our trip to London in late 2024 we had been walking all day.  Although we had seen so much of London I was so exhausted and cold.  My sore feet didn't want to take another step. We only had about two more miles to walk to get back to our hotel when we walked by a coffee shop with a craft chocolate bar in the window.

A warm cozy coffee shop that sells craft chocolate! We turned back and stopped. I had a beautiful rich cup of hot chocolate, possibly made with Chocolarder chocolate?  While sipping hot chocolate I scarfed down at least a third of the chocolate bar in a completely non-connoisseur manner.

Hey coffee shops, please carry craft chocolate bars for people like me!

Bonus, the Chocolarder Bar had unique and memorable packaging

Tasting notes (tasted again when I was not so cold).

Earthy yet bright sour cherry aromas.

The first Malty notes surprise me, I’m not expecting that from Madagascar. the cherry note starts but then is quickly is muted and dried fig notes take over. There is a beautiful dry note. The packaging describes it as sandalwood.

This one is such a different Madagascar bar that it deserves several tasting sessions.
