Morning chocolate tasting
First thing in the morning I usually taste chocolate. My palate is most accurate and my mind is not distracted by the events of the day.
It is just as important to have a clear mind as it is to have a clean palate. It’s all connected, it all impacts your perception of flavor.
I drink warm water first as a palate cleanser, 140°f to be specific. This morning the water cooled while I was shooting the photo. No worries, it still works.
