Warning. Developing Your Chocolate Palette Can Lead to Disappointment

As you develop your chocolate palette you'll start to notice the flavor of some things that look like chocolate, but don't taste like chocolate.  That is a sign that you are taking the time to truly taste, and that your chocolate palette is developing.  Congratulations!
