Tasting Tip:  When tasting a 100% bar there are a few rules, or should I say guidelines.
-Start with a small piece of chocolate, really small
-Let it melt on your tongue, and focus on the flavors you are tasting. Expect a savory experience
-Only compare it to other 100% bars, not to other bars with sugar or other sweeteners.
