Flourless Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cake Recipe Changes

Flourless Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cake |
Most of the time I focus on ways to find and enjoy fine chocolate but once in a while I throw in a recipe that really works. This is one of those times.
A BIG thank you to Yifat Cohen for posting this recipe on her G+ post "HAPPY BIRTHDAY +Larry Fournillier" which is where I first found this recipe. She said it was easy and she is right!
If you haven't followed Yifat yet check her out on G+. She is the G+ Go to Gal posting valuable info about how to use G+ and Hangouts.
I made a few changes to the recipe:
This cake was easy as well as dense, moist, and very much cheesecake like in texture, perhaps even a little firmer than cheesecake. To top it off, the marble look is impressive.
I also doubled the recipe and made it in a 9x13 pan lined with parchment paper so it would be easy to transport to a family reunion and could be cut into small squares.

Enjoy!
- Because I didn't want it to be too sweet I substituted about half of the semi sweet chocolate for 100%.
- I was out of vanilla so I used a vanilla bean instead.
- I was out of butter so I substituted coconut oil which gave the cake a subtle coconut flavor.
