Fresco Chocolate by the Numbers

I had a fabulous time today visiting with Rob and Amy Anderson of Fresco Chocolate.

They were sampling their new Peru recipes at Chocolopolis in Seattle.

It is so fun to watch Rob interact with chocolate lovers.  He always asks "Do you like dark chocolate?" to start the conversation.

I had to ask, what do the numbers for each bar correspond to?
