ReplyDeleteThat's a great video! Thanks for making & posting it: it sure clearifies the distinctions between artisan and regular chocolate bars. Well, you did use my favourite for this comparison: Madagascar...! Nothing tasts better, especially if it is made by artisan chocolate makers like Amano.
In our shop we will have a semi-public chocolate tasting next May 26th, and this is exactly what we will try to achieve: making people understand the differences between artisan chocolate and mass produced bars when it comes to flavour, texture, production costs, etc. etc.
