First Chocolate of 2013
I chose the Amano Morobe bar for the first day of 2013.
The blackberry notes and sublte hints of red grapefruit remind me of the wide range of flavors found in fine cocoa beans.
The Amano Morobe bar is made from beans grown in Papua New Guinea. I hope my 2013 is as untamed and wild as Papua New Guinea!
