Chocolate for Breakfast = More Weight Loss?

Wait just a minute, I was sent an article by a friend of mine...it says that if I eat chocolate for breakfast I will lose more weight?  I'm all for testing this theory!

Although I usually enjoy fine chocolate, Love Crunch, granola with chocolate chunks and dried red berries is one of my favorite ways to eat chocolate for breakfast.

I don't have a photo of a full bag because my family eats it faster than I can take photos.  This is our fifth bag in about a month.  Yes, it is that good!

Believe it or not we buy Love Crunch made by Nature's Path at Costco.
