Every once in a while I like to share something that might spark you to enjoy chocolate in another light. Today, try pondering the idea that chocolate is not always a sweet confection. It can also appear as a shamelessly satisfying side dish to a savory main course.
Here my side dish is Taza's new Wicked Dark bar. The chopped salad main course is filled with the hearty flavors of spinach, ripe tomato, fresh oregano and rosemary, avocado, and olive oil.
