SELEUŠS Chocolates has launched.  Now available at The Finerie-CoLab at 1921 2nd Ave.

Bold, delicate, or boozy. Take your pick, all are notable.

Colombian Coffee truffle.  Bold.  Well balanced.  Both the stout coffee and chocolate shine.

The delicate Greek Rose, topped with a crystallized rose petal, so far the finest rose truffle I've found.

Each SELEUŠS liquor truffle packs a hearty bibulous punch.  The Coconut Rum and Raspberry Brandy are particular favorites, perfect for getting your party started.

I don't often see new chocolate companies debut with such finesse.  I'm impressed.
