The Interior of a Rosemary Caramel by Forte Chocolate

I'm  tasting amazing caramels that I picked up at the Forte pop up shop in Mt Vernon  last Friday.  

Can you see the layer of rosemary in this caramel?  The flavor combination is amazing and so well balanced between savory and sweet. 

It is no wonder that Forte wins international awards time and time again.
