Pairing Chocolate with Black Tea

A friend of mine asked me to help find some chocolate for her father.  Oh what fun!!!

Her father drinks black tea and likes to have something a little sweet with his tea.  My challenge was to find chocolate that would pair well with black tea AND come from the Seattle or Pacific NW area.

I wanted him to have a different experience each time he opened a new bar and to taste a variety different chocolate bars that would compliment black tea.  Check out the video below to see what I found.
