VIDEO VOTE for Forte Chocolate Making their Gusto Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Bar

A few weeks ago Karen Neugebauer invited me to visit her Forte Chocolate Kitchen.

She is not only an amazing chocolatier making all of her bars and confections by hand but is also a very patient woman with five children.  I simply don't know how she does it all AND wins awards for her chocolate.

Her Sea Salt Caramels have won international awards, and they should.  They are out of this world!

Here is about two minutes of her making one of the bars from her new savory line "Gusto" bars.  The Sea Salt in Milk Chocolate bar.

UPDATE:  We actually made several videos about our trip to the Forte kitchen.  Which one is best?  We don't know so you get to choose.  We are having a video vote!
