A Tim Tam Slam Demonstration

This is a little diversion from my normal serious pursuit of fine chocolate. 

I'll call this "fun chocolate".

A Tim Tam Slam is a tradition in Austrailia. Demonstration is easier than description, just watch.

We'll find some mighty fine chocolate for the next post...stay tuned.
