Norwegian Chocolate...Fine or Novelty?

When I got together for a girls weekend with some of my high school girl friends they brought me chocolate from Norway!  We all grew up in Poulsbo, aka "Little Norway".  It was great fun tasting the chocolate even though I have no idea what the ingredients are.
