Chocolate Man, Bill Fredericks

Bill Fredericks has been one of my cocoa suppliers for at least three years and is known to many in the chocolate industry as the Chocolate Man.

He recently opened a shop called "Chocolate Man" in Lake Forest Park just North of Seattle, full of chocolate for making chocolates, chocolate equipment, cocoa, and even finished chocolates.  One of the best things about this shop is that you can buy top quality chocolate and ingredients that a chef or chocolatier would use in amounts that a home baker or someone just experimenting with a product needs.  He has great prices as well as sells wholesale.

Bill gives classes on making chocolates and desserts too.
