Alter Eco 85% Dark Chocolate Blackout Intense Cocoa Power Bar

This bar really surprised me by starting with a grapefruit/red fruit flavor and finished with earthy mushroom notes.  Fabulous silky smooth melt.

Remember that chocolate is an agricultural product.  A different batch of cocoa beans could bring completely new flavors to the next set of bars.
