I won! I won! I won!

Last week Chocolopolis ( http://www.chocolopolis.com/ ) hosted a customer appreciation night at their Queen Anne location.  While I was visiting and tasting fine chocolate I won a trip to the back room to pick out a bar of my choice! 

Lauren Adler, owner of Chocolopolis, has categorized all of her bars by the country from which the cacao is sourced.  This is one of many ideas that make me think she is a genius.  If you love chocolate visit soon, you’ll think you’ve found chocolate heaven.  They have a chocolate bar to fit any mood or craving.

In the back room I chose a Michel Cluizel Noir 85% bar.  I’ve had smooth, dark, and rich sipping chocolate from Michel Cluizel often.  Mmmmm…sipping chocolate, another reason to visit Chocolopolis.

I also bought a bar made in Tennessee by Olive Sinclair Chocolate.  Southern Artisan Stone Ground Chocolate made with brown sugar.  I thought that only bourbon was made in Tennessee.  I’ll taste and review soon!
